All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that buyer's return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. Buyer's assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore 1122Corp advises buyers take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. 1122Corp will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Original shipping costs are not creditable or refundable.
If buyer has made their purchase and it is for delivery outside of Australia we will offer a store credit or refund via buyers paypal account only.
Defective product returns
Any defective or damaged product will be replaced or refunded at no additional charge to our customers. Returns and claims will not be accepted without prior authorisation. All product refunds will be returned to the buyer's Debit/Credit/Paypal account in which the goods were originally purchased via. No cash refunds will be given on returned any products.
